Course Description

This course will take Excel users through some of the advanced spreadsheet functions that Excel has to offer.  The database functions will be featured as well as advanced charting and setting up and using macros.  There are a number of powerful features like the Scenario Manager and Goal Seek that will be taught and will give the student added proficiency with the program.

 Course Objectives

Ø      To help Excel users learn the other powerful features that Excel has to offer.

Ø      Spreadsheets are great for doing what-if analysis.  See how to use the Scenario Manager and the Goal Seek function to do the what-if analysis.

Ø      This course will cover areas of Excel that people may not commonly use but it may be the functions that help to develop powerful spreadsheets and achieve your goals.

Ø      There is a special section on macros. Find out how macros easy it is to set up macros and they can help performance within Excel spreadsheets.
